Natural Artery-Cleansing Drink Recipe
β Ingredients:
_ 4 large garlic bulbs (peeled)
_ 4 whole lemons (with peel, if organic)
_ 2β3 inches of fresh ginger (optional, for extra benefits)
_ 2 liters of water
_ 2 tablespoons honey (optional, for taste)

Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash the lemons thoroughly.
Cut the lemons into quarters.
Peel the garlic and ginger.
Blend:
Add garlic, lemon, and ginger (if using) into a blender.
Add a small amount of water to help blending.
Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
Boil:
Pour the blended mixture into a pot.
Add the remaining water and bring it to a boil.
As soon as it starts boiling, remove from heat and let it cool.
Strain (Optional):
You can strain the mixture to remove pulp, or leave it if you prefer a thicker consistency.
Bottle & Store:
Pour into clean glass bottles and refrigerate.
Lasts up to 1 week in the fridge.
